2011 - Los Angeles Marathon
Kelly finished his second marathon in continuous pouring rain -
Official Time: 9 hours, 48 minutes, 52 seconds!
His previous marathon record was 11 hours, 52 minutes, 11 seconds. Kelly noted that he cut over TWO HOURS off his personal best, and was quoted as saying, "I'd like to see a Kenyan improve his marathon time by 2 hours!"

Kelly has a wife and five children in Idaho.
